England boasts some wonderful golf courses on its bountiful coastline, harking back to the traditional links origins of the sport.
Included in my list are several of those links classics, several of which have hosted Opens or Open Qualifiers, as well as a selection of other coastal courses that could be considered downland, albeit with beautiful sea views.
